Huyen Lu Vitale, PT, CLT-LANA
Huyen is a physical therapist specializing in the treatment of lymphedema and other swelling disorders. She received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Florida in 2003. Huyen became a certified lymphedema therapist in 2006, trained by the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy. She became board certified by the Lymphology Association of North America in 2007. Huyen is also trained in pelvic floor rehabilitation. Huyen has participated in educational lectures with several local physicians on the topic of lymphedema management and breast cancer rehabilitation. Huyen is very passionate about providing the best care for her patients and helping them to manage their condition on their own. Huyen is focused on educating and creating awareness on prevention and risk reduction for lymphedema.
Marcia Roy, PT, CLT
Marcia is a physical therapist with extensive experience in treating patients with lymphedema and swelling disorders in multiple settings. She graduated from the University of TUIUTI of Parana, Brazil in 1988. Marcia became a certified lymphedema therapist in 2004, trained by the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy. She is also trained in pelvic floor rehabilitation and wound care. Marcia's focus is creating awareness on lymphedema, early detection, and early intervention to improve prognosis
Yanick Diaz, Administrative Assistant, Physician & Patient Relations
Yanick is currently a student at University of Central Florida. She is pursuing a degree in Physical Therapy. Yanick has extensive experience with assisting patients in a wide range of healthcare settings. Yanick enjoys interacting with people and being able to work towards solutions for those in need.
Emily Frame, Office Coordinator, Clinical Assistant
Emily is currently a student at Seminole State College of Florida. She is pursuing her Physical Therapist Assistant degree and is set to graduate in May 2020. Emily has extensive experience assisting with a wide range of Physical Therapy patient populations and is excited to broaden her knowledge in the lymphedema setting.
Salma Kasem, Receptionist, Office Assistant
Salma is currently a student at the University of Central Florida pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science in hopes to one day become an Anesthesiologist. She hopes to expand her knowledge and extend her skills not only in the office, but in any health care setting as well.
